SMH Adil is the director of GEED Simulations Pvt. Ltd. He is a Built Environment Simulation Specialist having 15 years of research, consultancy, training experience in Energy simulation, modeling and Design fields. Besides this, he has served as a visiting faculty in School of Planning and Architecture New Delhi, ISHRAE Education Research Foundation, Middle East Centre for Sustainable Development (UAE) and Jamia Millia University.
Prof. Mathur works in the field of energy planning and modeling, building energy simulation, energy conservation in buildings, and life cycle assessment of renewable energy systems. He has in his credit 65 journal papers, more than 150 talks, several research projects including 3 international collaborative projects besides having supervised more than 10 Ph.D. scholars. Current activities include studies on adaptive thermal comfort, modeling of passive and low energy cooling systems, development of standards and codes for energy efficiency, long term energy system modeling penetration of renewable energy.
Kushagra Juneja is the managing partner of Design2Occupancy Service LLP, Jaipur. His main area of work is in buildings and the engineering side of it. The domains have also expanded from building analysis and green buildings, to being able to assist clients in MEP designs, CFD, and complex data analyses problems.
Shivraj has over 14 years of rich experience in industry and academia. He has been involved in research especially on Building Simulation, Energy Efficiency and IEQ since 2008 and has published over 20 research articles in the top ranking journals and refereed international conferences. Shivraj was awarded DAAD Fellowship, Germany in 2012 for research on Thermal Comfort at 'Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany'. He is working as a Counsellor at IGBC and leads Green Building Certification Services especially for Data Centers, Green Factories, Net Zero Energy & Water and Existing Buildings (O&M) and cooperation projects.
Akash Vajpai is a energy efficiency professional with 10 years of consulting experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, circular economy, renewable energy, green building design and execution, energy simulations, air conditioning system design, building commissioning and energy audits for buildings and industries. He has experience of working with international organizations, research institutes, training and capacity building for stakeholders and development of NZE approaches for businesses. He served as National Chair IT (2015-2018) and Chapter President of ISHRAE Jaipur Chapter (2018-19).
Aviruch Bhatia is assistant professor at the TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi. He holds a PhD from the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. His areas of interest include building physics, calibrated energy simulation and green buildings. He has conducted several workshops on green buildings and energy simulation. He has also worked for three years as an assistant manager at Sustainability Group of Spectral Consultant Pvt. Ltd. (an AECOM company).
Hisham Ahmad serves as an Senior Associate Director at Environmental Design Solutions (EDS) Pvt. Ltd. He is a mechanical engineer with over 15 years of consulting experience in the field of sustainable design. He has extensive experience in the use of building performance simulation tools. He is currently supervising a team of engineers and architects providing sustainability consulting to commercial and residential projects in India, US, Bangladesh and the Middle East.
Dr. Priyam Tewari is currently working as Associate Fellow in the Sustainable Buildings Group at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI). She is a PhD from MNIT Jaipur in the field of thermal comfort. She was awarded Building Energy Efficiency Higher & Advanced Network (BHAVAN) Internship by Indo U.S. Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF) and Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India and worked as a Visiting Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA for the six months. Priyam has published several research papers in International Journals of high repute.
Dr. Yashkumar Shukla is Director at Centre for Advanced Research in Building Science and Energy (CARBSE) at CEPT University. He has more than seventeen years of research and consulting experience in high-performance buildings. Dr. Shukla's current research includes calibration of simulation models, smart grids, low cooling energy systems, performance characterization of the novel envelope and air conditioning systems, and development of the next-generation control algorithms.
Vaibhav Rai Khare is a post graduate in Energy Engineering from MNIT Jaipur. He works in the field of energy modelling, building energy modelling, building CFD simulation, and energy policy advocacy. He has about 18 publications in international journals and conferences. He is focused on the sustainability education and delivered a number of lectures, training and Faculty Development Programs (FDP). His research interests include energy efficiency in buildings, early stage design, thermal comfort and natural ventilation.
